		<description>The problem with hydroponics is that is not sustainable. It uses artificial fertilizer so is locked into the huge agro chemical industry and it also use energy. Until these problems have been solved it has no place in food production as it just continues the slide down the climate change slope. There are other ways to feed cities, most require a little land, some political will and a lot of common sense!</description>
