Creating the infrastructure to fully open a “Pick Your Own” urban farm and Seasonal Retail Store on a historic foothills property in Boise, Idaho.

Our 1 acre no-till urban farm, situated on the foothills terraces behind the main residence, is an emerging walk-able area for produce gardens, fruit tress, and berry bushes, all designed for the Pick Your Own experience. Unfortunately, the deer that migrate daily into our area are enjoying the harvest much more than our community is. In order to fully realize the potential of this space, we need to install a deer fence. It is the only way to prevent these hungry animals from taking the harvest bounty before we can.
