The Daniels Corporation project in Mississauga is transforming the face of a community which is already home to the summertime ‘The Backyard Farm & Market.’

For residents, the garden plots are designed to provide the same dual benefits of community-building and urban agriculture benefits as the neighbouring farmers market.

As the Daniels Corporation’s new community continues to take shape, urban agriculture amenities will continue to be part of the mix. While conclusive details about the last townhouse phase of the project have yet to be announced, the distinctively shaped Arc—entering into construction late this year—will feature a collection of community garden plots on the 4th floor terrace.
